  Valley Farms Processing Company was established in 1996 as a joint venture between farmers in the tropical Levubu valley, at the foot of the Zoutpansberg mountain range on the northern borders of South Africa. These farmers have a common passion: growing and processing tropical fruit of persistently high quality.

Valley Farms Processing Company is a fully integrated farmer/manufacturing enterprise in which the farmers supply the raw materials to their jointly owned facility, which can process up to 15,000 tons per annum. This integrated venture allows for consistency of product quality, safety and supply.

Our FBR-ELPO SpA aseptic filler and evaporator are especially designed for processing tropical fruit. All stages of production are meticulously monitored and subjected to a certified HACCP system. The in-house laboratory facility tests all products' microbial, chemical and physical properties at predetermined intervals.

Specialising in guava, mango and litchi puree's and concentrates, the high quality is achieved through the unspoiled environment and good agricultural practices. The ideal climate, naturally deep fertile soils, unpolluted air and water are combined with strict quality control and the selection of top grade fruits. And to do justice to the quality of the raw material; the best aseptic, state-of-the-art processing technology is employed in the production of purées, concentrates.
