Our quality purées and concentrates of the Levubu mango, the Levubu guava and litchi are derived only from selected tree ripened fruit. The aseptic process conforms to Good Manufacturing Practices and a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system (certified by the SABS) for the production of high quality and safe products.

Guava purée (9-10°Brix, Screen size: 0.2, 0.4, 0.6mm)
Guava concentrate (18°Brix, Screen size: 0.2, 0.4, 0.6mm)

Mango purée (15±1°Brix, Screen size: not applicable)
Mango concentrate (28±1°Brix, Screen size: not applicable)
Litchi purée (17±1°Brix, centrifuged)
Litchi concentrate (28°Brix, centrifuged)
These are all aseptically packed in 200-liter open steel drums and have a shelf life of ±18 months. No refrigeration is required. Other packaging sizes are also available upon request.
Terminology:
Purée: A product obtained by sieving the edible part of the whole or peeled fruit into an even textured puree without removing the juice or fiber. Purées are usually sold in bulk as a food ingredient and are not fit for retail use. It needs further industrial blending and bottling.
Concentrate: A product obtained from purée by the physical removal (e.g. through evaporation) of a specific proportion of the water content to reduce the product volume. The application of the product is the same as for purée.
